The circumstances of the kidnap of Elyon Ntiro Elijah remained sketchy at press time.
However, Elijah who was the former leader of Andoni local Government legislative Assembly was said to have been kidnapped at Asarama waterside in Andoni local Government area of the state late last night.
The kidnappers took him away in a getaway speed boat by the Asarama waterside
