The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has announced the sudden passing of one of the executive committee members Alh. Hussaini Modibbo.

We are sad to announce the sudden passing of NFF Executive committee member Alh. Hussaini Modibbo. Our thoughts are with his family.

The Nigeria Football Federation organises domestic and international football in Nigeria. It was formally launched in 1945 and formed the first Nigerian national football team in 1949.

The NFF recently sacked Sunday Oliseh as coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria after Minister of Sports Solomon Dalong claimed that Oliseh was fired after his infamous ‘insane’ YouTube outburst.
